Refund Policy

At Found My Bliss, we strive to provide clarity and fairness regarding appointments, group coaching sessions, and digital purchases.

Appointments

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, cannot be refunded or rescheduled. A no show is defined as more than 10 minutes late to an appointment without prior notice. Appointments will not be extended to accommodate for late clients.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability. In certain emergency situations, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If we need to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or offer the option to reschedule.

Group Coaching Sessions

Due to the fixed schedule of group coaching offerings, individual sessions within a group series cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

If the group series has not yet started and another session series is available, you may request to transfer to the alternative session series up to 48 hours prior to the start of the original group series. Transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Please note that no refunds will be issued for missed sessions within a group coaching series.

Digital Products

All sales of digital reports, including Human Design and other custom reports, are final. Due to the nature of digital items, no refunds will be issued for these purchases.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds may take up to 7-10 days to be processed by your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us.
