Appointments: Appointments are non-refundable and require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or missed without notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled. A missed appointment is defined as arriving more than 10 minutes late to an appointment. Appointments will not be extended to accommodate for late clients. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at our discretion.

Group Coaching: Group coaching sessions follow a fixed schedule and cannot be rescheduled. If a group series has not yet begun, you may transfer to another series with at least 48 hours’ notice before the start date. No refunds are issued for missed sessions.

Digital Products: All sales of digital items, such as Human Design reports, are final and non-refundable due to their custom nature.
